What's the role?
Manufacturing Process Manager is globally responsible for defining and implementing our production system and therewith contributing in the achievement of Global Manufacturing strategic targets. In the role you will have interface to our key global experts and key business owners across Hilti with the objective of increasing customer experience, employee experience, efficiency & effectiveness, and compliance for our core manufacturing business process.

What does the role involve?
With this role you will be key driver of the performance of manufacturing plants by improving our manufacturing and maintenance process standards and scaling potentials across our Global production Network.
You will be collaborating with wide variety of Global technology, Lean and IT experts to develop state of the art process management system and implement I4.0 smart solutions to increase productivity and superior quality level.
By leading process communities, you will be responsible for the definition, implementation and improvement of global standards (process, data, system, organizational structure) with the objective of increasing customer experience, employee experience, efficiency & effectiveness, and compliance for a business process.
Enables efficient onboarding of new users, qualification of experts by knowledge management through adequate documentation and providing trainings. You will report on the progress KPIs, suggest and support local improvement actions, lead workshops with internal and, occasionally, external stakeholders (e.g. consultants, software providers…).
