What does the role involve?
As global Product Manager for Prefabrication Services, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hilti’s prefabrication offerings within IPS – Integrated Project Solutions. You’ll translate customer needs into scalable solutions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with global teams across marketing, logistics, engineering, competency and sales. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, managing the service portfolio, and ensuring alignment with business units and regional stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning, while fostering innovation and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for transforming construction workflows through prefabrication.
The ideal candidate brings a background in engineering, at least 3 years in construction, and a proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives. Strong marketing skills are essential to shape and position service offerings effectively. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking are also key to thriving in this highly collaborative, international role.
