Responsibilities
- Lead a team during 2nd shift operations.
- Assign tasks and make sure work gets done safely and efficiently.
- Help train new team members and keep our training records up to date.
- Spot and solve problems before they become issues.
- Keep things moving smoothly between departments.
- Speak up with ideas to make things better—we want your input.
- Be a role model for safety, teamwork, and respect.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a warehouse, production, or similar environment preferred.
- You’ve led others informally—maybe trained new hires, helped solve problems, or kept things on track.
- Strong communication skills—you know how to talk to people and get things done.
- Comfortable using computers (Excel, Word, SAP or similar systems).
- Willingness to learn and grow—we’ll support you every step of the way.
