  • Lead a team during 2nd shift operations.
  • Assign tasks and make sure work gets done safely and efficiently.
  • Help train new team members and keep our training records up to date.
  • Spot and solve problems before they become issues.
  • Keep things moving smoothly between departments.
  • Speak up with ideas to make things better—we want your input.
  • Be a role model for safety, teamwork, and respect.

Qualificationsarrow_right

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, production, or similar environment preferred.
  • You’ve led others informally—maybe trained new hires, helped solve problems, or kept things on track.
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to talk to people and get things done.
  • Comfortable using computers (Excel, Word, SAP or similar systems).
  • Willingness to learn and grow—we’ll support you every step of the way.
