What's the role?
In this role, you are globally responsible for definition, implementation of our plant logistics strategy therewith contributing in the achievement of Global Manufacturing strategic targets. In the role you will have interface to our key global experts and key business owners across Hilti with the objective of increasing customer experience, employee experience, efficiency & effectiveness, and compliance for our core business process.

What does the role involve?
With this role you will be key driver for overseeing and optimizing Logistics management of our production network. Which involves Inbound logistics, Inventory optimization, production flow and Warehouse and Distribution management within the individual plant as well as across our Global production Network. You will be collaborating with key peers in the organization like Business Units and Global Logistics.
By leading process communities, you will be responsible for the definition, implementation and improvement of state of the art process management system (process, data, system, organizational structure) with the objective of increasing customer experience, employee experience, efficiency & effectiveness, and compliance for a business process
Enables efficient onboarding of new users, qualification of experts by knowledge management through adequate documentation and providing trainings. You will report on the progress KPIs, suggest and support local improvement actions, lead workshops with internal and, occasionally, external stakeholders (e.g. consultants, software providers…).
