What's the role?
A critical global HR role with the objective of significantly and continuously improving payroll processes through payroll outsourcing. With the goal to optimize payroll standard processes and procedures to gain efficiencies globally according to best practice.

What does the role involve?
In this role, you will work with global payroll vendors to implement, monitor and improve payroll practices. You will support global Hilti payroll communities as the SPOC. You are the driver of continuous process improvement, innovation and excellence across all payroll processes and innovation globally. You will define governance for decision making on process changes and implementation, while also ensuring the consistency and alignment of payroll processes and the compliance with ICS controls.

What you need is:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Payroll, ideally across multiple levels
- Proven experience working in a payroll management role in a global environment using outsourced partners
- To be an enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person with good communication skills
- A proven track record of project management experience and implementing changes and improvements to drive efficiency (LEAN)
- A strong understanding and implementation capability of systems and advanced technologies related to payroll (knowledge of Workday and SAP ideal)
- Working English knowledge required and proficiency in German preferable
