What does the role involve?
Your main tasks will include:
Strategic Portfolio Management: Handle one of the most critical portfolios at Hilti, ensuring its growth and success.
Innovative Supply Chain Strategies: Draft and execute cutting-edge supply chain strategies for new market launches.
End-to-End Inventory Management: Oversee large volume inventory through tactical planning, purchasing, and distribution of stock keeping units (SKUs) , collaborating with Plants, Suppliers, and Market Organizations.
Project Leadership: Lead material management projects aimed at enhancing KPIs and process efficiency within the team.
Seamless Product Transitions: Manage smooth phase-in and phase-out processes, ensuring the successful introduction and discontinuation of products.
Target Achievement: Secure project targets, including stock coverage, obsolescence management, availability, and the successful launch of new products.
