Responsibilities
- Assume full profit and loss responsibility for all market segments, focusing on customer satisfaction, profitability, and cash flow optimization.
- Provide leadership oversight and foster the development of Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, and Human Resources teams.
- Lead business growth strategies and development of aftermarket distribution strategies.
- Contribute to strategic planning, annual operating plans, and sales inventory & operations planning.
- Enhance market position through innovative growth initiatives and effective channel management.
- Interface with functional organization to achieve business objectives and maximize cross-functional resource prioritization and utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business required; MBA preferred.
- 7-17 years of leadership experience within Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or General Management in the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Demonstrated strategic vision, passion for the business, results orientation, and desire for professional development.
