Social Media & Digital Campaign Manager

Your Area of Impact

  • Social Media Management: Build and oversee the company’s social media presence, balancing product-specific and corporate content across platforms.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute digital campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager) that promote product launches and corporate content, ensuring engagement with key audiences.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Communications, Clinical Affairs.) to align content with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Work with the Product Management and Communications teams to produce compliant, engaging content (product features, thought leadership, case studies).
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign success using analytics tools like Matomo, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, providing insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to healthcare regulations (FDA, HIPAA, MDR) and internal compliance standards.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets to ensure high ROI across digital marketing initiatives.
  • Crisis Communication: Execute crisis management efforts, handling product or corporate issues with swift, compliant responses.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with digital marketing and social media trends, applying them to both product and corporate strategies.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Further training in digital marketing and social media is a plus.
  • Proven experience in building and managing social media presences, from content creation to channel management.
  • Experience in creating platform-specific content and managing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging Reels and videos.
  • Expertise in storytelling through short-form video content, especially tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Ability to create communication strategies for both product marketing and corporate branding, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Extensive project management experience, with a track record of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, good level of German
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulations specific to medical devices/healthcare content.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Matomo, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Curiosity for digital marketing trends and emerging social media platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams like Product Management, Sales, and Clinical professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenges in a regulated industry.
