Your posibilities

  • Be an active team member in the controlling and accounting team and support the team in their daily activities to prepare data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making
  • Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
  • Take over responsibility for one selected process, e.g. forecasting including e.g. AI enabling
  • Collaborate with R&D Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate project costs, investment needs, and business cases
  • Prepare presentations and analysis for the executive management and/or Board
  • Actively work on selected projects, such as for example (might change, depending on the need)
  • Improve the cash flow projection and reporting, including optimization of intercompany financing structure
  • Roll out the business spend management software Coupa to selected countries
  • Integrate Smart Notes into the cloud version in order to enhance reporting and commenting
  • Build a strong understanding of med‑tech financial frameworks, regulatory considerations, and the economics of product development

Your qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance or related fields completed within the past 18 months
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a work environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong analytical abilities and high comfort working with data, especially in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Power-BI, SAP knowledge is a further asset
