The Business Operations Manager, KeriMedical will be responsible for supporting the KeriMedical team by analyzing and reporting surgeon data nationally as well as by region. They will also be responsible for setting up, monitoring and reporting regularly the TOUCH surgeon workflow. This position will work closely with the TOUCH Field Reimbursement Team to create and manage communications to the field as well as the customer. They will assist in meeting reconciliation and follow up. Reporting in Open Payments for all TOUCH related surgeon engagements, the position requires the ability to develop strong working relationships with all customers. This position requires a minimum of 7 years in the Medical Device field, both in Customer Service and managing records.

Your responsibilities
- Maintain and update TOUCH surgeon database weekly
- Maintain and update TOUCH regional database weekly
- Report Open Payments all TOUCH related HCP engagements
- Assisting with TOUCH Inventory optimization
- Build MediSet to incorporate TOUCH
- Build TOUCH into MySalesTrunk
- Develop and control TOUCH surgeon onboarding process
- Work with Field Reimbursement team to create, maintain and update TOUCH surgeon workflow processes
- Assist in TOUCH Reimbursement calls bi-weekly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, swiftly adapting to changes, competing demands, or unexpected events
- Demonstrating strong, professional, and respectful communication via email and phone with both internal and external customers
- Writing clear and informative communications while maintaining accuracy
- Assist with Open Orders by pursuing PO’s and setting up relationships with facility contacts
- Displaying willingness to make decisions, exercising sound and accurate judgment, and providing support and reasoning for decisions, while also involving appropriate people in the decision-making process and making timely decisions
- Synthesizing complex and diverse information, gathering and researching data, and using intuition and experience to resolve issues
- Demonstrating original thinking and creativity, meeting challenges with resourcefulness, generating suggestions for improving work, developing innovative approaches and ideas, and presenting information in a manner that captures others' attention
- Completing other tasks assigned by management or operations leadership
Your qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent required
- 7+ years of Medical Device customer service experience or equivalent required
- Experience in medical device records retention required
- Experience with CMS Open Payments systems and reporting required
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Sharp attention to detail
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and time
- Strong customer service orientation (internal & external)
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to calculate figures and amounts
- Demonstrated time management, planning and organizing skills
- Able to multi-task on various tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency with MS Excel and data analysis required
- Experience with SAP (strongly preferred) or other major ERP systems
- Authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
