- Machine Programming: Program, Operate, adjustment and monitor automatic machining & assembly lines to ensure an efficient and high-quality production process.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machining & assembly cells to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections.
- Communication: In-depth communication with the quality departments to ensure high component quality.
