Your tasks
- Plan and execute maintenance activities on electrical and electronic systems of machinery and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process and conduct root cause analysis.
- Define and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent future disruptions.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and workflows with the production department.
- Troubleshoot production equipment issues.
- Participate in the commissioning of new machines.
- Program industrial robots and develop PLC programs.
- Perform hardware setup and modifications to machines and equipment.
- Provide technical and social leadership to assigned team members.
- Responsible for the professional and personal development and continuous training of assigned staff.
- Participate in the practical training of employees.
Your profile
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Robotics, Automation, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial robotics programming and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of robotic programming languages and safety standards.
- Experience in HPDC or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
