Our growing company is seeking to hire a Machinist who will be responsible for ensuring that all production operations are manufactured in a timely manner and uphold all quality standards and procedures on the production floor.

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Machinist who will be responsible for ensuring that all production operations are manufactured in a timely manner and uphold all quality standards and procedures on the production floor.

  • Produce a quality product in an efficient manner
  • Accurately translate blueprints to manufacture parts
  • Follow all work orders and travelers that the company will provide
  • Follow all quality standards that are set by the company
  • Follow all safety rules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and debris free work area
  • Practice lean manufacturing skills in all areas of the shop
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strive for continual improvement
  • Reduce manufacturing costs when possible
  • Remain proactive at all times
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and math skills
  • Must have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task
  • 2 yr. degree, AAS, or 5 years. experience desired
  • Must be manually dexterous and physically able to operate the machinery and computers required to complete tasks
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and be able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
  • For an employee to move to level 3 he or she will have had to have 8000 hours at level 2 and approval from the Plant Manager.

This position pay scale will be from $17 - $24/hr.

Work Environment: Manufacturing Facility, climate controlled in entirety
