Every day, millions of people around the world come in contact with products made using Sputtering Components equipment. Our thin film technologies are used in vacuum coating systems to make windows, smartphones, display screens, solar panels, automobile components, decorative hardware and more.
We are currently hiring a Project Coordinator who will support the project manager in gathering equipment, resources, information and administrative support to fulfill our company’s projects. The coordinator will maintain budgets and work schedules, organize and participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure all deadlines for projects are met.
You will work within our Project Management Team and report to the Project Management Team Manager. The team is growing to support increased demand from our customers from all around the world.

- Provide effective planning and scheduling for project fulfillment activities
- Coordinate multiple tasks and project schedules at the same time
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary, and work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects
- Provide administrative support to quality initiatives and effective evaluation of problems occurring during the course of a project
- Provide schedule visualization and support in setting daily/weekly priorities for ongoing projects
- Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Adhere to project budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- As ERP expert, and along with production engineering, procurement and shop planning, provide the right direction towards overall workflow and process improvement
- Communicate with clients post sale associated with the fulfillment of their order
- Coordinating and scheduling experience
- Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Highly organized

- Ability to independently solve problems
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
