We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated candidate to fill the role of Materials Coordinator. This position ensures the efficient, timely and accurate receipt, storage, handling, kitting and delivery of material according to established procedures.

  • Accurately inputs receiving and storage location data to the MRP system to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Ensures the efficient receipt and flow of raw material, purchased parts and stock parts to minimize material movement and reduce cycle time
  • Maintains orderly and organized shipping-receiving and stockroom areas
  • Issues, kits and delivers material to appropriate area
  • Assists Material Support Level 2 as needed
  • Ships invoice jobs, raw material and manufactured parts in a timely manner
  • Responds to Part/Controlled Substitution Requests
  • Provides input to improve procedures
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years or less experience in profession
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Experience operating powered lifting equipment
  • On road driver’s license
