SAP SD/CS Consultant

Are you a proactive, service-oriented personality with a passion to tackle your tasks? In this challenging and very diversified function, you take responsibility for the XXXXX and ensure the following activities.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize SAP SD/CS, E-Commerce, and Local taxation solutions (GST, TDS) to support business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Provide end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SD/CS modules, E-Commerce, and Local taxation solutions (GST, TDS) including system design, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Ensure successful integration of SAP SD/CS with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO as well as E-Commerce and Local taxation solutions (GST, TDS)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD/CS functionality, performance, and integration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Stay current with SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends related to SD/CS modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing SAP initiatives and upcoming SAP S/4 projects.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or BTech, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP SD/CS module implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD/CS configuration, including pricing, billing, shipping, and customer service functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SD/CS integration with other SAP modules.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications and E-commerce preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • SAP certification in SD or CS modules is a plus
