Customer Technologist

This is Your Job

  • Technological support of customers during commissioning of individual machines and complete plants
  • Analysis of technological problems and development of solutions at the customer's spinning mills
  • Briefing and instruction of the spinning mill personnel for the purpose of problem solving
  • Technological optimization of the Rieter machines in the process line
  • Carrying out warranty inspections
  • Technological sales support
  • Assistance with trials in the Spin Centre

Your Profile

  • Textile Engineer Bachelor or Master Degree and minimum 3 - 5 years practical experience
  • Process knowledge from the fiber to the finished yarn as well as in further processing
  • Pleasure in worldwide work assignments, approx. 70% travel activity
  • Analytical way of thinking
  • Solution-oriented work
  • Good oral and written English skills
  • Knowledge of German and any other language is an advantage
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Independent and flexible
  • Self-confident appearance
