: Sales Associates will support and work closely with the local Territory Consultant and his/her team to service, educate and sell surgeons and their staff on the clinical benefits and proper use of Medartis implants and instruments (LCT). The Sales Associate will partner closely with their assigned Territory Consultant to quickly learn the medical device industry and in short order contribute to the growth of that business in the assigned territory. Successful candidates should be prepared to undergo an extensive training process while working day-to-day in support of our ongoing sales efforts.

Your responsibilities
- - Supports the sales activities of the Territory Consultant by delivering products for surgical procedures.
- - Reorders inventory and restocks sets as dictated by surgical schedule.
- - Help to develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- - Advises on the use of Medartis products by the surgical staff in the OR suite.
- - Undertake a continuous education process focused on developing orthopedic consultative selling skills.
- - Support Territory Consultant workshops and related sales activities.
- - Be available on-call to support surgical needs.
- - Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers.
- - Coordinates liaison between internal support staff and customers.
- - Analyzes and controls expenditures of territory to conform to budgetary requirements.
- - Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition, reporting interpretation to supervision.
Your qualifications
- - Education in Business or Medical background is preferred
- - 1-2 years of B2B outside sales experience a plus
- - Clinically proficient in anatomy preferred
- - Willing to work within a medical facility's operating room
- - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory by personal vehicle
- - Must reside/willing to reside within 15 miles of Phoenix, Arizona
- - Must be willing to relocate after two years, if applicable
- - Must have a valid driving license
- - Must speak English
- - Excellent communication skills
- - Self-motivated
