Sales Associate - London

About the Role

As a Sales Associate in Orthopaedics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide essential clinical support in Theatre environments, assisting both clinical and non-clinical staff within your geographical area.

  • Maintain and grow accounts within your territory, focusing on our upper limb & foot & ankle extremity fixation portfolio.

  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to deliver the business plan through strong relationships with hospital personnel.

  • Work with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager to set and achieve goals that promote business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in target hospitals, in consultation with the Area Sales Manager.

  • Ensure timely and accurate stock support for both internal and external customers.

  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to any customer service issues.

  • Be available for customers in an 'on-call' capacity as needed.

  • Offer clinical education and training on all Medartis products to relevant medical personnel through workshops and in-theatre education sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Theatre Environment Experience: Familiarity with hospital theatre settings is highly desired.
  • Relevant Background: Ideally, you have experience as a theatre nurse in orthopaedics, a physiotherapist, or a similar role.
  • Educational Background: Preferred education in life sciences and/or nursing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate critical clinical information in high-pressure environments.
