Regional Business Manager West

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Establish effective performance management systems, monitor team performance, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Drive market penetration and business growth.
  • Develop and execute territory account plans aligned with national strategies.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities using CRM tools and insights.
  • Actively contribute to the development of product marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with the GM, marketing manager, and sales team to ensure seamless product introductions and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Manage regional budgets and investment in line with business strategy.
  • Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor insights, to guide strategic decisions.
  • Attend relevant local, national, and international courses to stay updated on trends and developments.

Your qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in the orthopaedic or CMF markets.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities with previous line management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the NHS/private healthcare sector and account management principles.
  • Advanced IT literacy and the ability to analyse account data for ROI-focused decision-making.
  • High level of personal accountability, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of orthopaedic trauma and fracture fixation products.
