The Offer Development Coordinator is a vital role responsible for driving operational efficiency through expert data management and insightful reporting. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of data, supports both internal teams and external clients, and provides actionable insights to inform business strategies and optimize outcomes. Your responsibilities
- Vendor Setup Support: Provide precise vendor setup information to client hospitals and sales representatives, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
- Client Account Management: Manage and maintain Client account data in SAP, including pricing, discounts, rebates, invoicing, and credits, while ensuring data accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Client Master file and related datasets is maintained.
- Pricing and Compliance: Verify, update, and manage pricing details based on National Accounts requirements.
- Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external Clients to foster collaboration and trust.
- Reporting and Insights: Develop, prepare, review and distribute departmental reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis.
- Data Management: Extract data from multiple databases and systems for analysis and reporting. Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy by identifying and correcting errors.
- Self-Auditing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly review and audit own work to identify and correct errors, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and take proactive steps to deliver error-free outputs that meet organizational expectations.
Your qualifications
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, Client Support, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, reporting, or business operations.
- Familiarity with orthopedic procedures or the healthcare industry (preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems (strongly preferred).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates primarily in an office setting and may require occasional extended hours to meet Client needs and other duties as assigned.
