Your responsibilities

Refine and execute comprehensive downstream marketing plans and strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Medartis’ Upper Extremities portfolio across all regions globally
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends, and leverage insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the assigned portfolio
Collaborate with wider global marketing team and local sales and marketing organizations to execute GTM plans and new product commercialisation
Collaborate with the local sales and marketing teams to aid in the development of sales enablement tools, including sales presentations, collateral, and training materials, to support the selling process
Monitor and analyse market and competitive trends, and provide recommendations for adjusting marketing strategies and tactics
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and partners, to drive brand awareness and advocacy

Your qualifications

University degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent working experience
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing roles within the medtech industry
Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish are beneficial
Analytical and structured way of working
Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
Results driven, enthusiastic and able to influence at all levels
High customer and market orientation
Sound user of MS Office
Travel approx 40%
This position is remote, meaning workplace is flexible within our active european subsidiaries
