- Troubleshoot remotely and on-site worldwide
- Share know-how through training & documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in products and services
Your profile
- Degree in Optical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with lasers/optics (CNC is a plus)
- Fluent in English (French/Italian/German a plus)
- Problem-solver, customer-focused, strong communicator
