Your tasks
- Administer Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V)
- Manage networks, storage, and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis)
- Ensure compliance with data protection and disaster recovery policies
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Maintain Active Directory, GPOs, SSO, and RBAC
- Manage Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
- Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintain documentation
Your profile
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing on-premises IT infrastructure
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Strong experience with :
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL)
- VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
- backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.).
- Proficiency in network administration
- Experience with enterprise security solutions (firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection, SIEMs).
- Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, etc.
- Experience with migrations from on-prem to MS Azure
