Your tasks

Tasks
  • Network design & management: design, configure, and manage enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN), and optimize hybrid cloud network environments for performance and security.
  • Performance monitoring & optimization: continuously monitor network performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, and optimize configurations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Network security management: implement and enforce network security policies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs), ensuring compliance with industry security standards and safeguarding network integrity.
  • Advanced troubleshooting & support: provide expert Level 2/3 support for network-related incidents, resolve complex connectivity issues, and handle escalations promptly.
  • Collaboration & documentation: maintain comprehensive network documentation, generate regular performance and security reports, and work closely with IT, cybersecurity, cloud teams, and external vendors to align network solutions with business objectives.

Your profile

Profile
  • Higher education completed, preferably with a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A relevant networking certification from major vendors (e.g. CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP-*, JNCIE-*, …) are highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, large-scale enterprise network administration, firewalls, security appliances, and Azure networking. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions and troubleshooting across LAN/WLAN/WAN, routing, and security.
  • Proficiency with network monitoring tools, familiar with network automation and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively in teams.
  • English fluent (oral and written), French or German would be a plus.
