Sales Associate - London

Your responsibilities

  • Providing clinical support to theatre staff (clinical and non‑clinical) within the assigned geographical area
  • Maintaining and developing accounts within the territory across an upper limb & foot & ankle extremity fixation portfolio
  • Supporting the Area Sales Manager in delivering the business plan through effective relationships with hospital personnel
  • Developing business objectives together with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Managing stakeholder relationships proactively within target hospitals in consultation with the Area Sales Manager
  • Ensuring accurate stock maintenance and providing timely support to internal and external customers
  • Resolving customer service issues promptly and effectively
  • Being available in an on‑call capacity as required by account needs
  • Delivering clinical education and training on all Medartis products through in‑servicing, workshops, and in‑theatre training sessions

Your qualifications

  • Familiarity with the hospital theatre environment would be desired
  • Ideally a background as a theatre nurse in orthopaedics or as a physiotherapist / similar clinical role
  • Education in life sciences or nursing would be preferred
  • Relevant industry knowledge
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver critical clinical information clearly in high‑pressure environments
