This position requires a combination of extensive clinical knowledge, sales expertise, and strategic thinking to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and distribution partners. The primary goal is to increase product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the orthopaedic product line.

Your responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the orthopaedic medical device industry.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, sales teams, and distributors to ensure a deep understanding of orthopaedic products.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and key opinion leaders to provide ongoing education and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Close collaboration with sales leadership, regional management to build a strategic business plan to include activities to support the revenue growth objective of each respective territory.
- Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for orthopaedic products.
- Develop and execute plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption.
- Foster relationships with research institutions and clinical partners to conduct studies and gather data that supports the efficacy of orthopaedic products.
- Stay updated on the latest clinical advancements and incorporate relevant findings into product positioning.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key performance indicators.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field within the orthopaedic or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of orthopaedic products, procedures, and market dynamics preferably in general orthopedic, extremities and/or trauma .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding corporate goals.
- Ability to travel up to 80% is required
- Ability to travel and work on weekends to support corporate events and activities
- Ability to work in a lab and/or operating room environment is required
